Syllabus

3479810298_5a9ffc0042_bYou will be put into an action learning group to do a project that will last the entire course. Each week we will explore a theme and do a related weekly task that builds towards your project. All of the group projects will explore the different aspects of using online communities and networks for open innovation design and learning.

The themes will include Work Teams, Technology Stewardship and how you can use Networks as Resources. Through them you will discover who your customer is and how you can support them.

Each team within an NGO Group will explore the three themes and discover their role in open innovation. Everyone will critique and evaluate the possibilities for using these themes in their specific NGO’s project. Individually, you will take on a specific role in your team. Weekly, you will individually reflect on the work and your learnings either in the team website blog or visually on your team/group website.
